The Full Story
Behind Funman
The name funmanbobyjo was first made by myself as a little kid as my username for Runescape. The name was inspired by Fun Old Man Glen, which is a Pokemon Trainer from Pokemon Colosseum for the Gamecube. This was chosen as the name for the collection on Atomichub before the idea for the NFT Airdrop Game came into being. After that, many people suggested that the game have another name, but the name funmanbobyjo stuck with most, and thus the world of funmanbobyjo was born and expanded upon greatly in the following weeks to come.
Mission
Players have always helped to shape the trajectory of this game and all of its quests and minigames, and even help with art and descriptions! The Mission of funmanbobyjo is to give the power to the players who hold their exclusive airdrop target assets, which can mean a number of things. Making the game fun for new players, giving players the ability to earn by selling their rewarded NFTs in a high demand market, and maintaining a positive relationship between players and creator where players can make suggestions about the game are all crucial to this mission.
Vision
The Vision of funmanbobyjo goes pretty far, and you can see the Whitepaper and Roadmap for more details. In summary, the Vision for funmanbobyjo is continued growth for the game, the players, and the economy. This is done through events, marketing, and behind the scenes updates! Eventually, these NFTs will even have a use in a Limited Access MMORPG game with old school graphics, where NFTs that are being traded now, such as the Pyro Shaman and the Wanderer, can be synced into an online game where they can trade, explore and battle each other in a super awesome post apocalyptic, cyberpunk, pixel art universe!
